Successful Startup Trait

Beyond building something worthwhile, raising capital and getting to product-market fit, there is a trait that many entrepreneurs ignore at their peril, and I can sum it up as:

Always be aggressively recruiting.

Your product success is as much about the people you have on your team, from the first day to the last day, as it is about all the other factors. And you will ignore the recruitment pipeline (at all levels of your company) to your detriment.
