Please do not use e-mail or the contact form to request personal advice or solicit feedback for your project, website, product or other problems.

I’m sorry to say it but I just don’t have the time in my daily schedule for handling those sorts of requests. In addition it would not be fair to my current group of clients who have already placed demands on my time.

I do in fact read all of the e-mails I am sent but due to the sheer volume of e-mail I receive on a daily basis I cannot personally reply to all of them.

With the high volume of spam that reaches my mail server it may transpire that your e-mail will be caught and deleted before I ever get to see it. Just because I didn’t reply or failed to send an acknowledgement receipt doesn’t mean I am ignoring you.

If you think that you have hit my spam filtering mechanism in some way I suggest you attempt the e-mail again, perhaps from a different e-mail address or using fewer "spam" keywords.
