Scream therapy

I often go off, for a couple of minutes, on a tirade of hate and insults against a situation.

A few minutes of getting all the toxicity out of my system.

And then I either accept that which I cannot change and become Zen-like about it.

Or I actively work to change the situation that is holding me back.

But I have never found that complaining at length about a particular problem is actually a worthwhile endeavour.

Bitch strenuously for a few minutes, get over it, move on.

Dwelling on whatever it is that is holding me back, pointless exercise.

Fix it or ignore it.
